How is your food preserved if there are no preservatives?
We freeze our meals immediately in state-of-the-art facilities after cooking to lock in freshness - no artificial preservatives needed. Just natural, real food kept safe the right way.
Can I feed PAWS to my puppy?
PAWS meals and portion recommendations are formulated to meet AAFCO and FEDIAF guidelines for adult dogs. Puppies, however, may require different nutrients and portion sizes to support growth. We recommend consulting your vet to determine appropriate portions and whether any additional supplementation may be needed.
What if my dog doesn’t like the food?

Can I mix PAWS with kibble?
Yes, absolutely - especially during the transition phase. You can continue mixing if needed, but if you have the option, we always recommend fresh over processed.

Yes, PAWS can be a great option for sensitive dogs - our meals are clean, simple, and free from common fillers. Some dogs may have allergies to certain ingredients, so always consult your vet if you notice any irregularities.
Can I refreeze a thawed pouch if my dog doesn’t finish it?
We don’t recommend refreezing once thawed. Instead, store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 48 hours. .
Do I need to cook or heat the food before feeding?
No cooking needed - PAWS meals are ready to serve after thawing. You can gently warm it in a pan or microwave if your dog prefers, but avoid overheating as it can degrade nutrients.
How do you ensure freshness during delivery?
We use refrigerated transport to maintain a consistent cold chain, keeping your pet’s food frozen and fresh all the way to your doorstep.
Where do you deliver?

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we require a minimum order of 1 kg. We offer free shipping on orders above 3 kg.
Do you charge for shipping?
No, shipping is currently free for a minimum order of 3 kg. However, there is a charge of Rs. 150 for orders under 3 kg.
Why is PAWS more expensive than kibble?
Our ingredients are of human grade quality - and naturally, more costly. We use real meat, whole foods, and no fillers. Plus, maintaining a frozen supply chain adds to the cost - but it’s the only way to deliver truly fresh, safe nutrition.
Is PAWS safe for dogs with health conditions?
Our meals are balanced and made with clean ingredients, but we always recommend consulting your vet if your dog has any medical conditions or dietary restrictions. We disclose complete information of the contents of our recipes so you can make fully informed choices.
Do you include supplements in your recipes?
Yes, every PAWS meal includes our custom nutritional blend - packed with essential vitamins and minerals to ensure complete and balanced nutrition.
What’s your return or refund policy?
If there’s a quality issue on our end, we’ll make it right with a refund. However, since our food is frozen and temperature-sensitive, we can’t accept returns once it’s been delivered.
